The Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee welcomes new volunteers who bring energy, talent, expertise and commitment to the organization.
Volunteer now. Download and complete the membership application. Attach the completed form to an email and send it to Rose Moretti-Lawrie at tsvc@tso.ca. Or print the completed form and mail it to Rose Moretti-Lawrie, TSVC, 212 King Street West, 6th floor, Toronto, ON, M5H 1K5.
Team work, project management, and leadership skills are honed and mentored through active involvement in our many committees.
In addition to providing support to one of North America's leading symphony orchestras, becoming a volunteer provides opportunities for personal growth and development through participation in our fundraising, educational and piano competition activities.
Volunteer responsibilities include: attending at least one general meeting during the fiscal year; writing fundraising letters; participating actively in at least one additional fundraising or educational project.
Volunteering also has its rewards: previews of concert performances; opportunities to meet members of the TSO at our Orchestra Liaison Lunches; lectures with guest artists, composers and conductors; and exclusive invitations to our Interludes program.
To learn more, please contact the TSVC office at (416) 591-1501 or by e-mail at tsvc@tso.ca.
Please see the fee structure for members of our Volunteer Committee.
